HOW DO I BOOK?

Contract and invoice will be emailed once contact information is filled out. A $100 security is required for reservation to be valid. Remainder balance will be due one week before event date. 

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL?

All rentals are up to 6 hours of play time. All rentals will be set up 1-2 hours prior to event and picked up at end time.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Once the contract is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus the $100.00 deposit is non-refundable and all other payments are non-refundable within one 1 week of your event.

All soft play and mini bounce house areas are suitable for kids 0-5 years old.

WHAT IF WE HAVE BAD WEATHER?

In the event of bad weather, the equipment must be covered or moved immediately to prevent damage.
